Q: How does the initial process work?
A: The process is as follows and all at NO CHARGE! We will:
o Measure the storage areas you are interested in organizing
o Interview you to determine your needs and wants for these areas
o Design these areas on our state of the art 3D design program
o Schedule a follow up meeting with the person/s who will be making the final decision at our showroom or schedule an in home conference
o Present a quote of your proposed storage areas

If you agree to have CornerStone Closets install your custom storage areas, we will provide you with printed and labeled drawings for your approval. Changes, modifications, and other options may be performed at no additional costs.

If you are not ready to proceed with the project, you can purchase the design for 10% of the proposed quote. Detailed working drawings will then be provided and the designs will belong to you.

You can then at your option:
· Build the closet yourself
· Contract with others to build your closet
· Seek other bids
· Hold off doing the project until a later date

If you decide to have us build and install these designs within 3 months, your entire deposit is credited towards this project. We can modify and make final changes at that time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We offer different payment options so that we can accommodate all of our customers! We accept all forms of cash – cash, checks and money orders. We accept all major credit cards. We also accept Paypal.
Q: What should I expect at my installation?
A: You will receive an e-mail approximately 2 weeks after placing your order to schedule an installation date. Should the scheduled date not work for you, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can schedule a date that is more convenient. If you need to change your scheduled installation date for any reason, a minimum or 48 hours notice is required to preclude any penalties. Charge for late scheduling changes in $75.00.
The number of days required to complete your installation are approximate and subject to change. We strive to complete our work in your home quickly and with minimal inconvenience to you. However, because all installations are custom, they may take longer than initially anticipated as well as extra trips to ensure the best result.
What to do before we arrive: The work area must be cleared. Installers do not move furniture or personal belongings, pull-up carpet, or disconnect/connect electronics. We recommend removing pictures, mirrors, and knick-knacks on adjoining walls that may shake loose during installation.
For safety, please be sure children and pets are kept clear of the work area.
If your home is under construction/renovation, please make sure that other contractors will not interfere with our ability to work in the installation area.
Completion and Payment: CornerStone Closets employees are licensed bonded and insured. While you can feel comfortable leaving your home for a short period of time, you must be present upon completion to review the work, sign the Invoice, and provide Final Payment.
Q: How can I clean the product?
A: ORG Home’s melamine products are extremely durable and designed to last a lifetime. They can be cleaned with most nonabrasive household cleaners. If a damp moist towel does not adequately clean an area, a non-detergent, nonabrasive household cleaner is recommended. For stubborn stains, use mineral spirits (such as Nature Sol). Do not use cleaning products containing acetone, acetate or ethyl alcohol. Harsh solvents and/or abrasives such as turpentine may break down the material bonds and should be avoided. Ammonia cleaners should be diluted. Certain waxes may lead to discoloration and are not recommended. Important Note: Apply solvents to a clean cloth and never directly to the product. Never leave a cloth moistened with solvents on a surface for any length of time.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: ORG® Products are manufactured using the highest quality materials to exact tolerances. Our Products include a limited lifetime residential warranty and a limited one-year non-residential warranty. ORG warrants that the Products you purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the normal lifetime of the Products when used for single-family residential use, and for one year when used for non-residential or commercial use. ORG will repair or replace any component of the Products you purchased at no charge, if it is defective. For a complete copy, see your local ORG dealer (CornerStone Closets).
Q: Can I make changes to the design after viewing it?
A: We can make as many changes to the design as necessary to ensure that the space is designed to the customer's liking on the front end. However, once the design is finalized by signing a contract and paying a deposit, we can no longer make changes without an extra charge. This is due to all of our products being made to order. Once the order is in production then we cannot make changes without an extra charge.
